California consumers can visit https://oag.ca.gov/privacy/ccpa to learn more about their rights under the CCPA, or they can contact the Company at hi@falgai.com with questions. If the Company cannot confirm that the Personal Information belongs to the requestor and verify the identity or authority of the person making the request, it will not be able to respond to requests or provide Personal Information. You do not need to register for an account with the company in order to submit a request. Only the requestor's identity or authorization to make the request will be confirmed using the personal information they have provided for identity verification.

Time and Format of Response

Within 30 days of receiving a verified request from a California customer, the company aims to reply. The company will notify the requestor in writing of the need for an extension (up to an extra 45 days) and the reason if more time is needed to fulfill the request. A answer will be sent to the requestor's account if they have one with the company. A response will be delivered via email or normal mail, depending on the requestor's preference, if they do not have an account with the company. Only the 12 months prior to the verified request will be disclosed. The company will provide an explanation if it is unable to fulfill a request. Requesters will have the option to choose a format for verified data portability requests that is easily useable and should enable the requestor to transfer the data between entities without any problems.

Unless a request is extremely repetitious or obviously baseless, there is no cost or charge for processing or answering verified requests. Before agreeing with a request, the company will give the requestor an explanation and a cost estimate if it decides that the request merits a price.

Requirements for Identity Verification

In order to verify the identification of a California consumer exercising their rights as outlined above, the CCPA mandates a verification process. Depending on the California consumer's preference, requests for more information for verification reasons will be made by normal mail or email. The Company will need evidence of the Authorized Agent's authority for the specific California consumer if an Authorized Agent is being used for a CCPA request. The California consumer regarding whom the request is being made will be the one to verify the Authorized Agent's identification. The request may be rejected if verification is required and the California customer or its Authorized Agent is unable or unwilling to supply the extra information that is needed.

Given the type, sensitivity, and value of the personal information, the risk of harm from unauthorized access or deletion, the possibility that malicious or fraudulent actors will try to obtain the information, whether the identity verification process is strong enough to guard against fraudulent requests or being spoof or fabricated, the nature of the transaction between the California consumer and the company, and the technology available for verification:

Non-Discrimination

If a California consumer exercises any of their CCPA rights, the company will not treat them unfairly. If not allowed by the CCPA, the business will not:

Provide a different level or quality of goods or services, deny goods or services, charge different prices or rates for goods or services, including by offering discounts or other benefits, enforcing penalties, or implying that a California consumer might receive a different price or rate for goods or services, or a different level or quality of goods or services.

The company may occasionally provide certain financial incentives allowed by the CCPA, which could lead to variations in rates or quality standards. Any financial incentive granted under the CCPA must be properly related to the value of a California consumer's personal information and include written terms outlining the program's significant features. A California consumer's previous opt-in consent, which can be withdrawn at any time, is required to participate in any of the company's financial incentive programs.
